My MX-5 … Mods Part One

I’m close to 1,000 miles on my 2019 Mazda MX-5 RF GTS so it seems like a good time to review what’s been done, and what is yet to come.

So, without further ado here’s what I’ve done so far.

First Gear – We’re Just Getting Started
CravenSpeed Stubby Antenna
Craven Speed Door Bushings

Second Gear – Now We’re Moving
Sound Tube Delete
DRL Harness from MX5 Things

Third Gear – We’re Picking Up Speed
Flyin’ Miata Hush-O-Matic Exhaust
Carbon Miata Spyder Grille

Fourth Gear – We’re Coming Into The Power Band
Flyin’ Miata Sway Bars. Conti ECS Rubber, and Alignment
Progress Springs and New Bump Stops

That’s what we’ll call part one, and I am pleased with every one of these mods for both aesthetic and performance reasons. I’d recommend any of these without hesitation.

Now for what’s to come over the next couple weeks, we’re looking at redline in fourth and heading into fifth gear, though a few items might be downshifts.

Fifth Gear – Better Braking and Smoother Shifting
Wilwood Brakes and Stainless Lines
Raceseng Prolix Shift Knob

As to sixth gear, it’s hard to tell what may happen … I’d suggest checking back often. Be well, feel alive, and zoom zoom as often as you can.
